The Customer Service office is on the first floor of the Transportation / Public Services facility located at 12650 E. Imperial Highway in the City of Norwalk, just east of Bloomfield Ave., next to the Norwalk / Santa Fe Springs Metrolink Station. Visitor parking is conveniently located in the front of the building.

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives can help you if you are a first-time rider or a long-time customer. Customer Service offers a full range of services that include:

  • Sales of TAP Cards; adding the following fare media to TAP cards: Stored Value, EZ Passes (Adult, Senior or Disabled), Metro Monthly Passes(Adult or Senior), Metro Weekly Passes (Adult), Metro Day Passes (Adult, Senior or Disabled), Metro College/Vocational Passes, Metro Student Monthly Passes.
  • Local trip planning
  • Providing reduced fare applications for Metro TAP Disabled, Senior and Student I.D. Cards
  • Lost and Found
  • Commendations
  • Suggestions/Complaints

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, money order, personal check (with proper I.D.), transit checks, and  Low Income Fare is Easy program (LIFE) subsidy coupons.
